The beginnings of the association Arteco Pavletić
How it all started in Malino
The Arteco Pavletić Association was founded five years ago by the five Pavletić brothers in one of the most beautiful Croatian villages, Malina, in the Brod-Posavina County. Seeing the great potential of the surrounding rural areas, they decided to found an association with the aim of transforming these areas into successful and globally connected communities. From humble beginnings, the association grew and developed, becoming an important actor in the local community. Today, Arteco Pavletić is a recognized organization that contributes to sustainable development, artistic expression and social inclusion through its projects and initiatives, inspiring many and creating positive changes.
The vision of our organization
Long-term development and prosperity
The vision of the Arteco Pavletić Association is based on the promotion of renewable energy sources and sustainable development, art, crafts and creative expression. We provide opportunities for young artists, craftsmen and social entrepreneurs, and increase employment and tourism opportunities in the local community. We fight against discrimination and promote the social inclusion of minorities and marginalized groups, creating jobs for them, as well as for the young and unemployed. We support the personal and professional development of the participants of our projects, we cooperate with non-governmental organizations at the national and international level, and we improve capacities for future projects. We promote human rights and freedoms and encourage social entrepreneurship.
Implementation of European and national projects
Productive synergy of local and European
The next step was to involve the community more directly by offering formal and informal educational courses and by implementing national projects for the benefit of different groups in need. Our activities have expanded to the organization and implementation of European Union, Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects to ensure the growth and progress of our local community as part of the wider European family. We invite participants in our projects to help us improve the community and inspire them to use what they have learned to drive positive change in their communities, adding new value and creating a better society for all.
Support for special groups
Empowerment of youth and marginalized groups
We pay special attention to young people from the NEET group (young people who are not in education, employment or training), young people with disabilities and young people from national minorities. Our goal is to support their social integration and inclusion in society. Through customized programs and activities, we provide support and empowerment so that these young people can integrate into society and realize their full potential. Our vision includes the contribution of marginalized groups to our projects, increasing social inclusion and diversity. We also want to help people unlock their hidden talents, become leaders within their communities and successfully integrate into the wider society, contributing to the creation of a more united and progressive Europe.
Art and ecology hand in hand
Sculpture with respect for nature
The initial spark for our association’s journey was experimenting with the possibilities of artistic expression through sculpture using environmentally friendly materials. Arteco Pavletić started her journey with a passion for artistic expression and ecology. We are pioneers of this type of sculpture in Croatia, and with each sculpture we develop a deeper respect for nature. We transformed our space into the Pavletić Theme Park, decorated in the style of world, Old Slavic and Croatian mythology, creating a beloved local destination. Our association is based on the power of art to inspire and uplift the spirit, while preserving and protecting our environment.
Educational role through art
Art as a tool for personal development
We especially emphasize work with young people, believing in the power of art as a tool for expression, creation and personal development. Through various artistic disciplines and activities, we provide young people with the opportunity to explore their creativity, develop talents and connect with other young people who share the same passion for art. Our association implements various artistic projects aimed at young people in order to enable them to express and develop their artistic potential. We remain committed to believing in the power of art to inspire and uplift the spirit, while preserving and protecting our environment.
Transformation into social entrepreneurship
From an association to a social enterprise
Over time, we realized that the term that best describes our endeavor is “social entrepreneurship”, which is why we decided to fully embrace this concept. Social entrepreneurship combines business methods with social goals, creating sustainable solutions to social problems. We transformed the Arteco Pavletić Association into the first social enterprise in Brod-Posavina County. Our goal is to create positive changes in the community through innovative and sustainable projects. Our new structure allows us to better respond to the needs of the community, encouraging economic development and social inclusion.
Support to non-governmental organizations
Education and space for successful projects
Our association provides a variety of services to non-governmental organizations, including educational workshops aimed at improving the skills and competencies of organizations working on European Union youth projects. Our team offers expert advice and guidance for project implementation, especially since we have rich experience in working with young people. We provide a safe and fun environment for youth engagement. We also offer accommodation and space in the picturesque village of Malino, Croatia, ideal for organizing projects and workshops. Arteco Pavletić is dedicated to supporting organizations in achieving their goals, encouraging cooperation and developing an inclusive and engaged young community across Europe.
